From Lincoln Irish Dancers: We enjoy performing for organizations, and just dancing together for the
fun of it! While some of our members study and perform step dancing
routines, we are primarily a ceili (KAY-lee) dance group (Ceili dancing
is traditional Irish folk dancing.)
Classes in Irish ceili dance for all ages are taught through Lincoln Parks and Recreation throughout the school year, and our group performs year-round. Our group comprises people of all ages and backgrounds. In addition to dancers, we welcome members who can assist with music, (singing and instrumental), speaking, publicity, choreography, costumes, sound systems, etc.
